Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Annapurna Executive, we strive to make your booking and stay as smooth as possible. We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. Below are the terms governing cancellations, modifications, and refunds.

1. Cancellation Timelines

• Free Cancellation: Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to the scheduled check-in time (12:00 PM) will receive a 100% full refund (minus small payment gateway processing fees, if applicable).
• Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 24 to 48 hours prior to check-in will incur a charge equivalent to 50% of the first night's room fee.
• Same-Day Cancellation / No-Show: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in or failure to show up ("No-Show") will be subject to a 100% charge for the first night.

2. Refund Processing Timeframe

Once a valid cancellation request is approved, refunds will be initiated automatically to the original payment method used during booking:

• UPI / Digital Wallets: Processed within 2 to 4 business days.
• Credit / Debit Cards & Net Banking: Processed within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank's billing cycle.

3. Special Booking Conditions

• Peak Festival Dates: During major festivals, holidays, or peak booking periods in Tuljapur, non-refundable policies may apply. Specific terms will be clearly displayed during booking.
• Early Check-Out: In the event of an early departure during your stay, room charges for unused nights are non-refundable unless approved by hotel management under exceptional circumstances.
