Terms and Conditions

General Policies

By accessing our hotel facilities and booking services, guests agree to comply with the following rules and guidelines:

• Check-in Time: Standard check-in begins at 12:00 PM (Noon). Early check-in is subject to availability.
• Check-out Time: Standard check-out is strictly at 11:00 AM. Late check-out may incur additional charges.
• Identity Proof: Primary guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, Passport, Driving License, or Voter ID) with address proof upon check-in. Local ID restrictions may apply.
• Payment Policy: Full payment or a valid confirmation voucher is required at check-in. We accept UPI, Credit/Debit cards, and Cash.
• Pet Policy: Pets are strictly prohibited on the hotel premises to ensure comfort for all guests.
• Non-Smoking Policy: Smoking inside guest rooms is prohibited. Designated smoking areas are available on the property.

Reservations & Cancellation Policy

• Direct reservations can be made via our website, direct phone numbers, or at the front desk.
• Free cancellation is available up to 24–48 hours prior to the standard check-in time, depending on the booking type.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in or no-shows will be charged equivalent to 1 night's room charge.

Damage, Property & Safety

• Guests are responsible for any physical damage caused to the room furniture, fixtures, or amenities during their stay.
• The hotel is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal valuables. Guests are encouraged to secure their belongings.
• Unregistered visitors are not permitted in guest rooms after 10:00 PM without prior approval from management.

Privacy & Data Protection

• Guest information is securely processed solely for booking verification, compliance, and guest safety.
• We do not rent, sell, or share personal information with unauthorized third parties.
